Signing up for that first casino

If you are reading this, then you must be interested in online casinos in some fashion or another. I always suggest playing Starluck Casino first, mainly because it has one of the best sign up bonuses and has some of the lightest terms and conditions.

Signing up at Starluck is basically just like signing up with any of the other online casinos. Here is what it involves.

1. Click here to go to Starluck Casino
Easy enough. Click on the link above and you have completed this step.

2. Look for the current promotions
Every casino website has a "Promotions" link on the front page. Sometimes you have to look a little, but it is there without fail. Click on it and check out the sign up bonus.

3. Look at the terms of the promotion
Usually there is a link to the terms and conditions of the bonus on the promotions page. Read through them. Important things to note are what games are excluded from play and how much do you have to wager (The Wagering Requirement).

Wagering Requirement - A wagering requirement is essentially an agreement you make with the casino before you will cash out the bonus money you have been given. On my website, it is notated as WR all over the site. For example, Starluck has a wagering requirement of 8 times the (D)eposit plus the (B)onus. This math equation will look like this - 8 x (D + B). So if you deposit $100 and get a $100 bonus, you must wager $1600 prior to cashing out.

What is a wager? In terms of Blackjack, every time you place a bet it counts toward the wagering requirement. Every time you split or double down counts as well.

Excluded games - At some point, many online casinos find that some games are more profitable for the player then they are for the casino while meeting the wagering requirements. Often times you will see that Roulette and Baccarat are on the exclude games. Some genius back in the day found that it was very easy to bet red and black on Roulette at the same time to finish wagering requirements risk free. Adding these excluded games clauses stopped people from doing this. Unfortunately Blackjack is often on the excluded game list. But at Starluck (and many of the online casinos at my site), you can play blackjack.

4. Download and install the casino

5. Create your account
After the casino is installed, it will automatically ask you to create an account. Write down your information. I keep a spreadsheet of all my user names and passwords. I also write down when I deposited, when I asked for my withdrawal, when I got paid, and what game I played. If you want a copy of my spreadsheet template, just ask.

Also, remember not to lie about your info.

6. Deposit
After you create your account, you will more then likely be automatically asked if you want to deposit, or in some cases taken directly to the cashier.

7. Make sure you have received your sign up bonus BEFORE you start playing.
99% of the time you will get the bonus up front immediately after depositing. In the event that you do not, don't play just yet. Contact customer support via email, live support, or phone and ask them why you have not received it.

This seems like a long list, but really this takes about 5 minutes from beginning to end.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask them. I am here to help.
